For example, by visiting some points of interest: Ohrid and Struga. The latter can be a full day excursion to Lake Ohrid, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a trip in a dugout canoe or a boat, with a lunch break consisting of local products, either as a picnic or in a typical restaurant.
