Speed record attempt crossing the Taklamakan desert in China

Charles Hedrich, a unic adventurer, offering you an exceptional immersion in his next expedition: a record speed to cross the Taklamakan Desert (China) in autonomy, 800 km to walk along in the desert with a trolley (cart of the desert) loaded with 200 kg to tow. The objective: to realize it in less 35 days (Up to know the record is held by Louis-Philippe Loncke, a Belgian explorer).Guided by Bernard Muller, renowned himalayist (several firsts on 8000 m: south pillar of the Dhaulagiri, west face of Manaslu ...) but also mountain guide, and by Romain Libet, a confirmed adventure professional, you will live a Unic adventure by following in the footsteps of Charles Hedrich in the desert. On the program: 150 km to go by foot for 8 days and 7 nights in autonomy with your cart of the desert loaded with 50 kg (the equivalent of a backpack of a small ten kg). Water, food, clothes, efforts, tent set ... like him, you will have to manage everything! An authentic experience.This week experience in the desert will enable you to meet two encounters ; Charles Hedrich in full expedition, but also the discovery of the country and the local population living at the edge of the desert.Upstream, you will become the friends of Charles Hedrich by participating in the preparation of the expedition: weekly newsletter, launching dinner, training day at the gates of Paris and Fontainebleau forest, weekend in the dune at the heart of « La baie de Somme », technical tests, invitation to the press conference.
