1 to 5 days by snowmobile, from the beginner to the advanced rider
Children
We offer a guided mini safari at a larger closed track with variable
and easy terrain. This safari offers children an opportunity to try out thrill of snowmobiling in a safe environment with own family. Speeds will be max 25km/h. Safety briefing given before the safari starts. Duration about 1 hour of which driving time about 30min. Total driving distance 3-6km. Children over the age of 9 can ride with their own snowmobile.
1 day
This experience is suitable for those who wish to try a snowmobile safari with one of the best landscapes. The tour takes you further from the usual safari trails. We ride through the beautiful winter forest and make several stops on the way to enjoy the frozen nature and landscapes. Itinerary to search for the northern lights, a lappish tent or village, an ice gallery or a reindeer farm is also possible.
3 days
An early start will take you from the marked trails, where you will have some time to get used to your snowmobile to Pajala, where the trails end and powder deep snow area is waiting for you.
Our knowledgeable guides have been scouting the areas for a perfect platform for free riding and you will have plenty of time to learn new skills, test out some tricks and experience the thrill of riding in deep snow! There is no better feeling than feeling like you have successfully overcome the challenge of deep snow! The 3 full- day tour focuses a full day on deep snow free riding.
4 days
For those already familiar with snowmobiling on shorter tours, join us for a new experience that will take you to the border area between Finland and Sweden.
This 4 full-day snowmobile safari will avoid the busy snowmobiling trails in exchange for the possibility to enjoy deep snow riding on the Swedish side, visiting a world-famous snow village on snowmobiles as well as the opportunity to truly relax and enjoy your time on our snowmobiles. Combining both the experience of enjoying hundreds of kilometres of snowmobile trails with learning new skills in the fresh deep snow powder, this safari is a perfect combination for all of those, who are searching for a unique way to spend a few days in the snowy wilderness and are always looking for new challenges.
5 days
This journey offers fantastic snowmobile riding in the middle of “snowhere” across the endless white deserts and fells of Lapland and Norway. By the first evening you will reach border of Norway, where you stay overnight in the authentic local village serving local food.
As you get better acquainted with your snowmobile, you will conquer the Norwegian wilderness and the un-groomed trails. Powerful deep snow sport snowmobiles can be easily lead from the wilderness across the third biggest lake in Finland and finally through the diverse forest track that will bring you to a small reindeer farming village Pokka. Your daily distance covered on snowmobiles will be between 150 and 220 km. This tour brings out the real snowmobile professional in you.
Gear
Thermal outfits (trousers, jacket, woollen socks, boots, scarf, balaclava and gloves), driving equipment and a snowmobile box fitted to carry your personal supplies needed during the tour.

Travel program
Day 1: (~150 km)
- Pick up in the morning from your hotel / airport / train station in Rovaniemi
- Preparations: we provide thermal snowmobiling outfits (trousers, jacket, woollen socks, boots, scarf, commando hat and gloves), driving equipment and a waterproof bag for your personal supplies needed during the tour. The rest of your luggage will be kept in Rovaniemi.
- Safety brief and driving instructions.
- Full day snowmobiling from Rovaniemi to Ylläs, good easygoing trail.
- Lunch on the way.
- Afternoon arrival to the local hotel accommodation and time for relax.
- Relaxing in Sauna and delicious dinner (3 courses).
Day 2: (~ 120 km)
- Breakfast.
- Full day snowmobiling to Levi guide will decide routing depending of the driving skills of the guests.
- Lunch on the way in Olos village.
- Afternoon arrival to Levi Ski Resort, check in to the local accommodation and time for relax.
- Relaxing in Sauna and delicious dinner (3 courses).
Day 3: (~120 km)
- Breakfast.
- Full day snowmobiling to Luosto, great landscapes while driving over Kumputunturi fjell and Kaaristunturi.
- Lunch on the way in Sodankylä village.
- Afternoon arrival to Luosto Village, check in to the local accommodation and time for relax.
- Relaxing in Sauna and delicious dinner (3 courses).
Day 4: (~100 km)
- Breakfast.
- Full day snowmobiling to Suomu, amazing scenery in Pyhätunturi area.
- Lunch on the way in Pyhä Ski Resort.
- Afternoon arrival to Suomu, check in to the local accommodation and time for relax.
- Relaxing in Sauna and delicious dinner (3 courses).
Day 5: (~150 km)
- Breakfast.
- Last day snowmobiling, lunch in the way in the city of Kemijärvi.
- In the afternoon arrival back to Rovaniemi, end of the safari.
- You will be rewarded with the Great Adventure Certificates.
- Transfer to your hotel / airport / train station.
